Sarah Reynolds

Sarah Reynolds turned to integrative therapies as a young teenager in Princeton, NJ, when conventional asthma treatments, while life-saving, no longer worked toward helping her "grow out of it." Yoga therapy, nutrition, herbal remedies and Pilates grabbed her interest while completing her degree in Women's and Religious Studies at the University of Colorado, Boulder (1994). Her formal Healing Arts education began in Albuquerque in 1998 at The New Mexico School of Natural Therapeutics where she studied Holistic Healing, Massage, Shiatsu & Reflexology, Craniosacral Therapy, Vibrational Medicine and Dr. Randolph Stone's Polarity Therapy. Sarah founded Ocean Waves Natural Healing in 1999, her private practice for over 20 years. A professional instructor for fourteen of those years, Sarah taught a variety of massage techniques. The American Institute of Myofascial Studies and The School of Shiatsu and Massage at Harbin Hot Springs provided the background for her continuing education. While proficient in many forms of manual therapy, the two avenues of work that continue to capture Sarah's interest are Myofascial Therapy and Aquatic Bodywork. Sarah currently lives with her husband Kurt - and breathes easy - in Helsinge, Denmark. There she offers individual sessions, photographs the coast of Nordsjælland and fools around in the garden.

Sarah is an excellent practitioner. She understands the body, is very experienced, and provides client-centered treatments. As a bodyworker myself, I have high standards for my providers. Sarah always provided exceptional care, and since she’s moved away, I have yet to find anyone comparable.“ R.

" Sarah's treatments are a safe, relaxing and delightful way to experience pain relief."
