πŸ“š Β I'm Alda. As a swimming teacher, I worked daily in the water and with the water, for 15 years, with babies, children and adults. I also teach Hydrogymnastics, Ai-Chi and Hidrobike. In the search for new knowledge related to the water element, I discovered the Aquatic Bodywork techniques and became WATSU Practitioner (2011) and a Healing Dance Practitioner (2019). I like to see myself as an eternal student, enjoying the beginner's mind discoveries.

🌊  Water has been my second home, my teacher, my temple, a beautiful and joyful journey. It has brought to my life and my days the meaning of giving and receiving, the sense of connection and flow, the experience of being patient and arriving at new places inside and outside of myself, having the privilege of witnessing others too.
‍
🏠 I live in Sintra, Portugal, in a beautiful small village between the sea and the green mountains. A home for my spirit. I Offer my sessions in a pool near Lisbon, working mainly with chronic and emotional pain.
‍
🎯 Out of the water, I love to see the beauty that surrounds me. I love art in all forms and spend quite some time contemplating nature. It inspires me to write, paint and create with handicraft techniques.
‍
πŸ’¬ Healing Dance was an amazing revelation that rocked me, submerged me and expanded me. It is always with a feeling of gratitude that I welcome someone into my arms for the first time. I feel an enormous privilege to be able to float someone with technique, with beauty, in deep listening and being a witness of each one's surrender.
