This DVD contains the entire sequence of Healing Dance® I, demonstrated by its creator, Alexander George. The running time is 35:34 minutes. It features an interactive menu, an English language voice-over by Alexander explaining the execution of each move, and titles identifying the moves and the body mechanics, which correspond to those in the written and photo manuals. Filmed in September, 2012 at the Zaangolf therapy pool in Koog aan de Zaan, Netherlands. Cameraman: Martin van Gemeren.
