 Ahara has always loved water and movement; she was under water before she was walking. She currently is an Aquatic Bodywork Therapist through WABA, teaches Watsu 1 and is a Healing Dance Instructor, offering two day Introduction to Healing Dance courses which require no prerequisites, as well as Healing Dance I. Ahara has worked mostly in Colorado and New Mexico, but also in Florida, California, and Mexico. She taught yoga and meditation for 18 years. Her interest in body awareness, movement, and breathe has been enhanced with her work with yogis, yoginis and Hawaiian kahunas, as well as her work as a certified Aquatic Bodyworker, Massage Therapist, Soul Facilitator, Ayurvedic Postpartum Doula, Ayurvedic Pancha Karma Therapist, and as a Medical Massage Therapist.
